What you'll learn in this pie class:

Today, our Master Bakers will tackle Shepherd's Pie in honor of St. Patrick's day!

This class will be meeting on Zoom.

We'll send you an email with the class handout with the recipes, ingredients and equipment, as well as the Zoom meeting link, at least 48 hours ahead of time.

Difficulty level: Moderate

Ages: 10 and up, with good amount of experience in the kitchen.

Activity Note: Requires use of an oven.

Ingredient List for this Class -

Staples (you probably have these at home):
Salt and Pepper
Canola Oil
Butter
Flour

Produce:

1 Onion
3 Carrots
Garlic
4 large Russet or 5 Yukon Gold Potatoes

Dairy:

Milk
Strong Cheddar- preferably Irish

Meat/Poultry:

1 ½ lbs. ground beef or turkey

Pantry (shopping):

tomato paste
worcestershire sauce
chicken stock
frozen petite peas

Classes are non-refundable, but you may request a transfer into a different class, provided you give us at least 3 business days notice.

We record all classes, so if you do wind up missing a scheduled session, we will be sure to get you the video and recipe.

Classes are subject to rescheduling or cancellation, based on enrollment levels or conflicts that arise for our instructors. If your class is impacted, we will be in touch right away to provide you with a refund or a transfer into a different class.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
