What you'll learn in this glass blowing class:

Learn the fundamentals of lampworking clear and color borosilicate glass into unique and personalized marbles in this two-day course. Explore the use of color and shaping techniques to achieve as many round orbs as possible.

The process of perfecting the shape of the orbs will be the primary focus of the first part of the session, and a skill that is critical to the next steps in making a bottle stopper. Students will also learn a variety of color applications and decorative techniques to practice along with their shapes.

Choose your best and roundest two pieces to begin bonding glass to metal. Using high-grade epoxy we will unify the glass and bottle stopper hardware.
