Refund Policy
Note: This provider has a temporary cancellation policy for COVID-19 related cancellations which is as follows:
Cancellations made 3 or more days in advance will receive a full credit for a rescheduled date with this provider

Original cancellation policy (non-COVID-19):
Full refund if cancellation is requested one week before session starts.
For most classes, if you decide to withdraw prior to the start of the second class, you may receive a refund for the class fee minus a $100 cancellation fee. After that point there are no refunds available.
For the "Adult Introductory Ceramics Workshop" only, a full refund is offered for 24 hour cancellation notice.
This is our policy for the 10 week sessions:
WITHDRAWALS & REFUNDS: After registering for a ceramic session, if you decide to withdraw prior to the start of the second class, you may receive a refund for the class fee’s (tuition) minus $100. After that point there are no refunds available.

The class is in sub-basement of a community center. Lots of screaming kids on weekend. Studio is clean with 2 choices of clay, various glazes. Instruction is variable, teacher is skilled production potter. Can be moody and unhelpful.

I love this class - it's the best part of my week. Rachael is a fantastic teacher and keeps a fun, relaxing atmosphere in the studio. It's a very free-form class, meaning students are at different levels and are usually doing their own thing. Rachael moves around to help students as they have questions. This may be a bit of a more difficult format for total beginners, but if you have the patience, it's worth it. There are also open studio hours so you can come in at other times to work, not just during your class time.
