What you'll learn in this textile painting class:

Learn the mesmerizing art of fabric marbling.

In this three-hour workshop led by Brooklyn maker Clare McGibbon, you'll learn how to create stunning marble patterns on fabric -- it's easier than you might think.

This workshop will cover:

General overview of marbling throughout history
Review of necessary tools and materials
How to prep your fabric for marbling
How to create a marbling size
How to add paint and design a marbled pattern to print
Printing a design on your fabric

Class fee includes instruction and all the necessary supplies and materials to create your own marbled fabrics. No prior experience necessary - beginners are welcome.

Refund Policy

We do not issue refunds on workshop registrations.

If you register for a workshop and later become unable to attend, we will gladly offer a credit if you notify us at least 5 business days before the workshop.
We are unable to offer credits of any kind, or honor reschedule requests, with less than 5 business days advance notice.

In fairness to all of our customers, we are unable to make exceptions to our policy, including for reasons of illness or travel. If you are unable to attend a workshop at the last minute, we suggest giving your spot to a friend!

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
