What you'll learn in this pasta making class:

Pasta, Pasta, Pasta! Do you know how to make fresh pasta by hand? Join us as we learn all the tips & tricks to turn you into a regular pasta aficionado. We’ll share our super delicious and easy signature pasta recipe and an oh-so-cool twist on the original. Learn the tips and tricks to becoming a pasta aficionado as we master kneading, rolling and shaping pasta like the pros! And no pasta is complete without the sauce, so we’re whipping up two delightful variations of old favorites to dazzle our pasta creations. Bring your friends and your favorite wine for a fun-filled pasta experience!

  • Fresh Spaghetti Pasta
  • Hand-rolled Spinach Garganelli
  • Roasted Red Pepper Alfredo
  • Nut-free Supergreen Pesto

This menu is vegetarian & BYOB.

You'll work together in teams of 4 to 5 per table to create our culinary masterpiece. If you're coming solo or with a plus one, get ready to meet some great new friends!

Refund Policy

Note: This provider has a temporary cancellation policy for COVID-19 related cancellations which is as follows:

Cancellations made 24 hours in advance will receive a full account credit for them to reschedule to a later date.

Original cancellation policy (non-COVID-19):

Registrations are non-refundable. Cancellation notice must be received by email 48 hours prior to the start time of your event to receive kitchen credit, less a 10% cancellation fee. For multi-day camps and semesters, cancellation notice must be received 48 hours prior to the first day of the registered series to receive credit for the entire series; we are not able to offer partial cancellations or makeup classes for individual sick days that are missed. Kitchen credits expire 6 months from the date of your request. 

No refunds or kitchen credits will be issued when fewer than 48 hours notice is provided. Taste Buds Kitchen is unable to make exceptions to this policy for scheduling conflicts, last-minute illnesses or no shows. If you cannot attend your event for any reason, you are always welcome to send a friend in your place, and we hope that you do! If you registered via CourseHorse, you must send your cancellation request to [email protected] <mailto:[email protected]> within 48-hours of the class start time to receive a credit.

Please note that the confirmation email students receive from CourseHorse is not the official confirmation email from the school, and that students are not guaranteed to be enrolled into the class they’ve registered until they receive the confirmation email from Taste Buds Kitchen.

Hello, I would like to bring my sous chef (who is also my nephew) to learn this skill, the pasta making skill, not the BYOB and drinking skill, hahaha. He is 20 is that a problem?

Hi Christie! As long as the participants are 18+ years old, they're more than welcome to attend any one of our Adult BYOB classes. While your nephew won’t be able to bring in alcohol, he's more than welcome to bring in any soft drinks to enjoy with his meal.

The school offer bolognese sauce as an option for the Handmade Pasta menu but only for private events. Unfortunately, the menus are set as they are so they’re unable to accommodate the request for the Handmade Pasta Twist class.

Literally SO much fun! Recommending it to everyone I know! The course was great for beginners and Chef Coco was awesome - explained everything in a super simple and fun way. Definitely want to go back and take another class :)

It was a good experience but everything was done under pressure... and they invited you to leave quickly ... Probably because they had another course later.
