Chef Lex and his sous chef Billy were fantastic! Chef Lex was a great teacher who was able to demonstrate how to do each step and provided a lot of information about each ingredient (what to look for and where to buy it). I will definitely take another class with him in the future!

The teacher was nice and knew his stuff. The venue was hideous. It was the bar in a hotel. I would have appreciated some place well light and quieter. I did learn how to make sushi. Also, it would have been nice if he went over how to make the rice and had more than one copy of the rice recipe.

I had a great time learning how to roll sushi. Edgar was great in teaching the steps and giving us tips on how to do each step well. I was so full by the end of the class!

The chef was great and had an awesome personality. He made the class fun but also informative. Our food tasted awesome and looked close to the real deal, he definitely did a great job explaining things. The venue was great as well; the woman working the front desk was extremely pleasant and nice. I wasn't able to try the wine but everybody else seemed to enjoy it. Would love to come back for one of Chef Victor's other classes!
