Hi Dimitry! Yes it's fine but the school kitchen is a commercial kitchen and not really designed for kids (high table, no chair,...)

Question from Anonymous
What macaron flavors are we going to make in this class? If there is a larger variety, can we choose what we want to make?
Answer from Judith T. Verified Student
I don't think you can choose. The instructor prepares the filling in advance because of the time constraints of the class. The macarons are made from scratch with different color additives (i.e. some food coloring). We were given two color options for the macarons and three filling options. The purpose of the class is to teach the fundamentals of preparing macarons; the coloring/filling is easy to do and does not require much technique.

Question from crystal k.
Hello, sounds fun. Is this class taught in French or English? Will we be making macaron to take home with us, if so how many?
Answer from Jonathan K. Verified Student
It is a lot of fun. My class was taught in English. The chef we had was from France, so this may be helpful if you need. We made 21 macarons (three flavours, seven of each).
Answer from Dylan L. Verified Student
Class is in english! We took home like two full boxes of macarons. It was a great class. 10/10 reccomend.

Small class with big value! Simon was outstanding, knowledgeable and professional. He answered all our questions and addressed our concerns. It was Important to us that we had an instructor that had experience since we were not novices at macarons. We want other classes now!

Nice class. All the supplies and ingredients are ready for you in class. The chef did a good job explaining the steps and techniques to a class of mostly novices. I was able to recreate these steps and recipes he gave us at home and it worked really well. I can now make french macarons!
