Free Intro: Qi Healer Certification

Qigong is the ancient Chinese art of cultivating, circulating and refining vital energy (qi) for healing oneself or others and/or for spiritual development. Practitioners develop an awareness of qi sensations in their bodies and use their minds to clear their energy pathways and guide and balance the qi. This skill, the rudiments of which can be easily learned by almost anyone, is an especially valuable practice for all those involved in the healing and helping professions as it can help radically boost one’s effectiveness in treating clients. This intensive course was designed by Grandmaster Shih to share effective qigong techniques that can produce tangible results after just 6 days of training.

The material covered will include: qigong self-cultivation techniques to attract, gather, store, balance, cleanse, emit, and transfer qi; sitting, standing and moving meditations; learning how to open the body’s main energy pathway, the “Microcosmic Orbit” and other important energy meridians; methods to assess and locate imbalances in someone’s energy field by using one’s palms to sense qi disturbances, as well as techniques to correct those imbalances and balance someone’s entire energy field; and much more. There will be a lot of time for intensive, hands-on practice, with a lot of close attention, guidance and supervision from Master Shih and his three assistants.

We will leave this course confident in our ability to cultivate our own energy to radically boost our health, vitality, centeredness, and intuition, and able as well to assess and balance someone else’s energy field. Master Shih will prepare participants by opening their energy channels in the early stages of the class, so they are better equipped to develop the skills to work on others’ energy fields. At the end of this training, we will be able to use these healing techniques to: release stress and tension; improve circulation and bodily functions; increase energy flow and balance within the body; heal or lessen pain, for both ourselves and others.
