In this course, you will learn how to prepare for a negotiation. Topics covered include: the interests of both parties, emotions and biases, defining and ranking the elements of the negotiation, determining both parties’ BATNA (Best Alternative to a Negotiated Agreement), reserve price, strategically making concessions and sharing information, and building relationships as a negotiator.
