Description
What you'll learn in this leadership training:
Great leaders have mastered communication skills, and that’s our first focus in this class designed specifically for women who are in leadership roles or want to be in leadership roles.
We’ll explore other aspects of leadership too, like how to give effective feedback, when to be positive (and when to be realistic), and how to develop creativity with your team, all through interactive improv activities. There will be an open discussion of challenges and struggles, as well as celebratory moments for everyone coming out and committing to improvement.
Build skills in
A current or aspiring leader and identify as a woman
Doors open at 6:45pm, workshop starts at 7pm sharp. Please plan to arrive before 7pm before the workshop begins.

Refund Policy
- Refunds less 5% cancellation fee can be issued with cancellation up to 3 business days prior to the start of the event.
- Reschedule also allowed up to 3 business days prior to the start of the event.
If the event that an instructor or the school needs to cancel at the last minute, students will receive a refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
