If the event that an instructor or the school needs to cancel at the last minute, students will receive a refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.

They recommend it to anyone interested in learning facilitation techniques for leading focus groups or debates. Most students found it to be a good introduction for people who facilitate their work, leaving them with key takeaways and helpful tips. The instructor was praised for being fantastic. On a logistical note, some students mentioned that the venue's location was hard to access, especially at night, and suggested that the instructor guide transportation options to ensure safety and convenience for students.
