I had and absolutely lovely time drawing at the Met. I have been to the Met many times but this was the first time I stopped to draw. Drawing with an instructor opened a whole new way to observe art. Lo is a knowledgeable and skilled instructor. Francesca is a wonderful teacher! She puts everybody at ease and leads a really fun class. She's great at illuminating both your strengths and your weaknesses and has really helped me draw with more confidence and focus. I love her approach to drawing as a kind of meditative practice too - it makes the time spent drawing feel really rewarding even when you're not exactly ready to hang your end product on the fridge. Highly recommended! I'll take her class again.
