Kori is a really lovely person, who’s warm and welcoming and very interested in you and the art that you are doing. The art classes are hosted in Kori’s own home (in my case in her lovely backyard), but for me it was a little intimidating to enter a stranger’s home like that. The art class that I took was kicked off with what felt like a therapy session that lasted for about 20 min. Being a pretty private person, this was again very intimidating for me. This said, I’d anytime recommend Kori’s classes, just know what to expect.

The class was great. Kori guided us every step of the way. The carving process took time and I had to be patient with the process. At the end I was pleased with what I produced and Kori used it to explore my dreams and clarify my next steps to make it reality.
