Marta Pia is a designer and artist based in Brooklyn, NY.

Born in Spain but with scandinavian background, she came to NY in 2008 and after spending several years learning about different manufacturing and creative processes, she nowadays combines the design of seasonal jewelry collections with her love for ceramics, drawing, marbling and other odd creative projects.

This course was really fun! There was a quick history section and demo in the beginning, and the rest of the class we had the freedom to make as many marbled papers as we desired. They also offered to mail everyone's works to their homes so that everything could dry overnight in the studio. Would definitely take this class again!
