Cedric Victor

Teaches at New York Code + Design Academy

Cedric Victor is an art director and graphic designer with a strong background in the fine arts and media studies. He has been working as a web and print designer since 1998 for corporate clients such as Microsoft, Sony, Mercedes-Benz and Verizon, as well as publishers Viking, Penguin, Doubleday, Knopf, and Random House. Cedric brings to the program a multi-disciplinary approach and emphasizes a strong technical understanding of the principles of design—and how to take those aspects to web design. Based in New York, Cedric is an adjunct professor of graphic design, web design and illustration at Mercy College and has also led various design workshops for corporate clients. Cedric holds a BFA in Graphic Design and Printmaking from the Atlanta College of Art.
