Wine Wednesday! Tasting: Natural Wines

My partner and I took this class yesterday; we were blown away by the expertise and intimacy of the night. Abigail is such a knowledgable and bubbly hostess and she led the class with an infectious fervor. Matt, who also assisted with the class, made everything seamless between wines. We had such an amazing time discovering natural wines and understanding wine as a sensory experience. Thank you for everything!

Abigail was a wonderful teacher and guide during this cooking class. She had lots of knowledge about Indian cooking, great tips for ways to get heightened flavors in dishes and even helped with my knife skills. Anyone who is thinking of taking one of her courses will not be disappointed. A definite plus was the intimate atmosphere and warmth of Matt and Abigail.
