Nure Aiza

Teaches at Baruch College - CAPS

Mr. Aiza serves as Chief Executive Officer of Toll International LLC.  He has more than 13 years of experience in managing public sector projects and delivering Project Management consulting services.  He has also served as an expert Project Management consultant for several Port Authority departments. He provided expert Project Management consulting services to the School Construction Authority to streamline its project management practices and internal business processes. He is an expert in performance benchmarking for New York City construction agencies, and analyzed and collaborated in the monitoring and improvement of business process workflows in the change order management initiative for New York citywide projects. 

Mr. Aiza is a graduate of the Construction Management and Real Estate Development program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).  

Mr. Aiza developed the project management examples for the Primavera Project Manager Software, and his name appears on each copy of the software that Oracle/Project Management sells for version P6.  Mr. Aiza is an independent advisor in budget management and capital program planning, and has developed and delivered training programs for a number of professionals in the utilization of Project Management products, Project Management-based enterprise project management systems, project scheduling and cost, and schedule risk management.
