Description

Develop the essential skills and knowledge to write your own feature-length screenplay.

Through interactive and engaging in-class writing exercises, you'll take the concepts and techniques you learn throughout the course and apply them directly to developing your own unique screenplay story. Additionally, your instructor, Chris, will provide you with customized homework assignments tailored specifically to your individual screenplay project, giving you personalized feedback and guidance.

By the conclusion of this course, you'll have developed a significantly deeper and more comprehensive understanding of the elements that transform good scripts into great screenplays. You'll also make substantial progress on your own project, whether that means completing a detailed scene-by-scene outline or drafting substantial portions of the actual screenplay. While we can't guarantee you an Oscar, this course will provide you with the foundation to achieve your screenwriting goals.
