What you'll learn in this productivity class:

Are you frustrated by procrastination? Do you find you continue to get in your own way? Having trouble focusing and working efficiently is a common issue that can interfere with your personal and professional goals. This workshop will provide you with a better understanding of how your mind works when you're procrastinating and why you might be doing it. You'll also learn various techniques you can implement to help you maximize your output and achieve your goals.

    I enjoyed the class, well organized and presented. Dr. Kozlowski had good examples to make each theory and strategy easy to understand. She made the class interactive, which broke up the 90 minute lecture nicely. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because I was familiar with most of the strategies provided, unknowingly so it wasn't has informative for me, but definitely added additional perspective. Overall, enjoyable class, good price and lots of value.
