A Bit of History

JuggleFit founder Heather Wolf couldn’t bear the thought of running away with the circus and not learning to juggle. While touring as a musician and living in a 7′ x 7′ room on a circus train, she practiced juggling in her tiny room and couldn’t believe what she discovered – juggling was a great workout – and it was fun!

Heather started teaching friends and family and noticed how it got them all laughing and having a good time. Some wanted to juggle all night long. Sharing a fun workout that people that didn’t want to stop could really help people stay fit. Heather couldn’t resist – JuggleFit was born.

Our Goal: Simple Fitness

We want to make fitness fun and easy for you. Plain and simple. Helping you keep fit no matter how busy your schedule is our goal. By teaching juggling in the simplest way possible, JuggleFit gives you an accessible take-anywhere exercise that’s super fun to do with family and friends.

I went with a friend to Jugglefit this Saturday and we had a blast. Heather is a great teacher and breaks it down step by step. We were both total juggling newbies but came away feeling good about what we had accomplished and look forward to taking another class. Highly recommended!

JuggleFit with Heather was an excellent class. I've wanted to learn juggling basics for years and after a single class, through Heather's teaching and encouragement, I was able to accomplish the basics and juggled for about 20 catches (impressive for me at least)! I'll definitely be back. :)

As a total beginner, I had no idea as to what to expect. It turned out to be a lot of fun and the teacher made the introduction to juggling very accessible.

Instructor (Heather) is a great teacher. She had full command of the class. She wasted no time and was teaching every second of the session. She knows how to teach. She was very encouraging and gave individual guidance. I felt well taken care of and thoroughly enjoyed the class. Highly recommend!! My first coursehorse class. Hope all the instructors are as good as Heather.

The class was a lot of fun. The teacher did a great job of starting with simple steps and building on them. She also made everyone feel good about their participation. Breaking the basics of juggling down to a one hour session might sound impossible, but I went home knowing where to begin and where to go from there. Although juggling was challenging for me, the session made me feel like a champ.

Such fun! Heather was a patient teacher. Took time to provide personalized attention. I entered with little to no knowledge and left with helpful strategies that I can use to continue improving.
