A Bit of History
JuggleFit founder Heather Wolf couldn’t bear the thought of running away with the circus and not learning to juggle. While touring as a musician and living in a 7′ x 7′ room on a circus train, she practiced juggling in her tiny room and couldn’t believe what she discovered – juggling was a great workout – and it was fun!
Heather started teaching friends and family and noticed how it got them all laughing and having a good time. Some wanted to juggle all night long. Sharing a fun workout that people that didn’t want to stop could really help people stay fit. Heather couldn’t resist – JuggleFit was born.

Fun afternoon hour. Good for groups and friends
The teacher was great. Good space.
It was a fun hour! Could be fun for small groups as well.
This was a really fun class. I had a great time and I learned how to do something new. The instructor was really helpful, patient and gave great tips for improving.
The teacher was wonderful - great teaching method, caring, patient and encouraging.
I wanted to do something totally out of my comfort zone. Took Heather's class and loved it. I did not think I could do it but she proved me wrong! Thanks Heather. Looking forward to more classes. Barbara
Very positive and nice experience.
I went with a friend to Jugglefit this Saturday and we had a blast. Heather is a great teacher and breaks it down step by step. We were both total juggling newbies but came away feeling good about what we had accomplished and look forward to taking another class. Highly recommended!
very upbeat teacher fun class and I learned alot
JuggleFit with Heather was an excellent class. I've wanted to learn juggling basics for years and after a single class, through Heather's teaching and encouragement, I was able to accomplish the basics and juggled for about 20 catches (impressive for me at least)! I'll definitely be back. :)
