Ansley Watson

Teaches at Brooklyn Brainery

Ansley is all about food, for work and play. She has a master’s degree from the NYU Food Studies program and works as the Quality Assurance manager at a snack company. In her free time, Ansley likes to experiment with brewing, baking, and ice cream making. Last year she ran three half marathons and she and her dog are training for the Philly marathon in November. Her writings are published in The Cultural Encyclopedia of Vegetarianism and They Eat That.
