Description

What you'll learn in this cheese making class:

You will learn to make fresh mozzarella cheese in one hour (ready to serve and eat) with fresh milk, Citric Acid, Rennet and Cheese Salt. 

Chef Carolyn will guide you through the process of creating cheese curds, separating them from the whey, a surprise, secret trick to make the curds ready for stretching, and then the final, hands on stretching and forming the mixture into delicious mozzarella cheese. 

Chef Carolyn will also provide a few delicious recipes featuring fresh mozzarella that all students may learn and sample.

We use ingredients that are easy to find at local markets and equipment available in every home kitchen!

Refund Policy

Cancellation or reschedule request has to be made at least 5 business days before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 16 business days for groups of 6 people or more.

For cancellation requests, please contact us at [email protected] in order to receive credits for booking a future class. Tickets are non-refundable.

However, you are always welcome to send someone in your place because we understand things could happen.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
