Description

What you'll learn in this sushi making class:

Don’t let the sushi chef have all the fun! Come and learn the spreading, layering, tucking and rolling. There is no wrong way of making sushi! In this fun, hands-on social cooking class, you will learn all the skills needed to make sushi-rolls, including how to make sushi rice, and selecting sushi-grade fish and ingredients.

For Valentines, we are offering at least 2 saketini per person!

Note:

  • Guests take home the Bamboo Rolling Mat as souvenir
  • We choose a couple rollers of the night to win bottle of sake
  • Appetizer is also included

Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made 6 business days prior to the scheduled class in order to be considered for credit towards a future class.
Sushi Class Cancellation:

  • 30% of total due will be charged if the class is canceled 3 business days before the scheduled event.
  • 50% of total due will be charged if the class is canceled 2 business days before the scheduled event.
  • Later cancellations cannot be honored due to logistical needs.
  • We do not refund no show guests and credits will not be given.
If the minimum number of students required is not met, we'll need to cancel the class. In the event that an instructor or the school needs to cancel at the last minute, students will receive a refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.

    It was a lot of fun! I just wish one of the chefs spoke a little louder, and that the 2 of them were more in sync. The host was very friendly and helpful. We had a great time and we would definitely recommend it.

I have a number of fish allergies - not life-threatening, but an insensitivity to certain fish that makes me throw up. I know I can eat tuna, mahi-mahi, and flounder, but not salmon, shrimp, tilapia, or sea bass. Will I be able to be accommodated in these classes?

yes it is the dinner! You basically make as much rolls as you can. I made 4 rolls and it was more than enough
