Brian Charette is active in all areas of music; production, instruction and performance. As a performer, he is a Hammond endorsed, Steeplechase and Positone recording artist, currently #5 on the Downbeat Critic’s Poll. He constantly performs worldwide with his own groups and artists such as Joni Mitchell, Chaka Kahn, and George Coleman. As an educator, Charette writes prolifically for Keyboard Magazine, Jazz Times, The NYC Jazz Record and the Czech music magazine, Muzikus. He has a successful book out on Hal Leonard Publications and two instructional videos on mymusicmasterclass.com.

Brian is also very well versed in production and engineering, releasing groundbreaking albums that combine acoustic and electronic elements such as sampling and analog keyboards.
